Job summary

BIGOS MANAGEMENT is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to travel within the Twin Cities Metro area across multiple properties, performing installation, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance to uphold company standards.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with limited on-call nights/weekends. Mileage reimbursement is included and a competitive benefits package is provided. Reach HR for details.

Qualifications

Experience with equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Must collaborate with the Property Manager and Zone Building Engineer.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Coordinate with Property Manager to ensure vacated apartments are restored.
