Job summary

Affinity Property Management - OR is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Boardman, OR. The role involves performing general maintenance tasks across multiple units, responding to after-hour emergencies on a rotating schedule, and coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep properties in good condition.

The position requires a HS diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of multi-family maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently with your own hand tools.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of multi-family maintenance experience preferred.
• Own hand tools required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• Maintain pools/spas where applicable and perform preventative repairs.
• Respond to after-hour emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager on turnover and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of tools and supplies.
