Job summary

Nolan Living seeks a roving support specialist to cover open positions across its Midwest/Texas portfolio. The role requires extensive travel to multiple communities, handling leasing duties, resident tours, and move-ins while maintaining Nolan standards.

You will collect rent, perform data entry, schedule make-ready tasks, and address resident concerns with a customer-first approach. A valid driver’s license and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing/multi-family experience required
• Must be willing to travel on a rotation schedule with little notice
• Self-starter with ability to problem solve and work without direction
• Yardi Voyager experience required, CRM IQ experience preferred
• Proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.

• Travel throughout the portfolio to assist communities with coverage for open positions
• Collect rent and provide data entry for pending items
• Schedule make ready needs and coordinate vendor requirements
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process from tours to move-in
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally

Roving Support- Up to 100% Travel Required

What You Will Do:

• Travel throughout the portfolio to assist communities with coverage for open positions, this could be any position in the office and site unit counts vary by property.
• Collect rent, provide data entry for pending items.
• Schedule make ready needs, coordinate vendor needs, etc.
• Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in.
• Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins.

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

• Must be willing to travel on a rotation schedule, with little notice – MUST BE FLEXIBLE
• 2+ years of experience in leasing/multi-family as a leasing manager, assistant manager, or property manager.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and work without direction.
• Yardi Voyager experience required, CRM IQ experience preferred.
• Ability to develop proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.

• Minimal physical effort or exposure to risk
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required
• Background check, credit check and E-Verify required
• This position is full-time, exempt, 40 hours/week, Monday-Saturdays as needed.
