Job summary

Nolan Living is seeking a roving leasing support professional based in Overland Park, KS, with up to 100% travel to cover property needs. You will handle tours, move-ins, rent collection, and resident relations across multiple communities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in leasing/multi-family, are self-starters, and proficient with Excel, Yardi, and Word. This full-time role includes a strong commission structure, housing discount, PTO/holidays, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel on a rotation schedule, with little notice – MUST BE FLEXIBLE
• 2+ years of experience in leasing/multi-family as a leasing manager, assistant manager, or property manager
• Be a self-starter with the ability to problem solve and work without direction
• Ability to develop proficiency in software such as Excel, Yardi, Word, etc.
• Work is performed in a professional office environment
• Minimal physical effort or exposure to risk

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the portfolio to assist communities with coverage for open positions, this could be any position in the office and site unit counts vary by property.
• Collect rent, provide data entry for pending items.
• Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing experience from tours to move-in.
• Address resident concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare for resident move ins from new lease administration, walking move ins and ensuring units meet Nolan standards and ready for the new resident move-ins.
