Nolan Living in Hilliard, OH is seeking a friendly Leasing Agent to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through move‑in. You’ll be the first impression, coordinate paperwork, and partner with marketing to showcase communities.

This full‑time role offers monthly commission, on-site housing discount, generous PTO, and benefits. You’ll work weekends as needed and help maintain a welcoming, well‑presented property while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings
• Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files
• Participate in resident events and community engagement
• Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment
• Aim for a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• Prior multi‑family leasing experience is preferred.


• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills


• Detail‑oriented, organized, and tech‑savvy


• Ability to work weekends and some evenings


• Knowledge of fair housing laws


• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people

Additional Details:

• High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)


• Work is performed in a professional office environment


• A valid U.S. Driver's License is required
