Qualifications

• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance, including routine servicing and preventive care.
• Experience in Facility Management (FM), coordinating maintenance activities, prioritizing work orders, and maintaining safe, compliant properties.
• Hands-on maintenance and repair skills for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Proficiency in property maintenance, including inspections, documentation, and upkeep of interiors, exteriors, and common areas.
• Effective troubleshooting abilities to diagnose technical and structural problems and determine repair solutions.
• Relevant experience in multifamily housing or property maintenance; certifications in maintenance trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage time across multiple sites, and maintain a valid driver’s license for roving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and upkeep of multiple residential properties in the area.
