Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for its roving maintenance team. The role involves upkeep, repairs, and inspections across multifamily properties with potential commissions over $2,000 per year.

Candidates should have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, electrical/plumbing/HVAC knowledge, EPA Certification, and own tools and a vehicle. Willingness to travel and work weekends is required.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance/facilities experience.
Experience in multifamily residential property management.
Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
EPA Certification is required.
Possession of personal tools is required.
Possession of personal vehicle is required.
Able to work weekends as needed.
Able to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain upkeep and maintenance of building and grounds during assignment period.
Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
Perform small appliance, plumbing, electrical and other repairs in residential apartment homes and other areas on the property.
Inspect assigned property, including vacant units, move in readiness, housekeeping, and grounds to ensure standards.
Participate in Capex projects.
Be available for emergency calls and respond after hours as per policy.
