The Roving Facilities Technician is a full-time, on-site traveling role, responsible for supporting the maintenance and upkeep of multiple residential properties in the area. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine and preventive property maintenance, diagnosing and completing repairs on building systems, equipment, and common areas, and responding to service requests in a timely and professional manner. The role involves inspecting facilities for safety and functionality, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, and coordinating with property management to prioritize work orders. The technician will travel between assigned communities, maintain tools and equipment, document all work performed, and help ensure that properties meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction. Collaboration with onsite teams, vendors, and contractors is expected to support efficient operations and high-quality resident experiences.
