Job summary

CloudTen Residential seeks a Community Manager to oversee operations across multiple properties in the Portland area. The role involves leasing oversight, staff leadership, resident relations and compliance with state laws. A valid driver’s license is required and on-site presence is expected across sites.

Salary is hourly, with opportunities to earn leasing bonuses at assigned properties and room for professional growth within a growing portfolio of communities.

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant rules.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations across multiple properties and teams.
• Manage leasing, rent collection and financial records.
• Supervise staff, provide training and guidance.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure service requests are resolved promptly.
• Ensure compliance with state laws, ADA and safety standards.
