Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Roving Property Manager to provide on-site leadership across Eastern Massachusetts, covering multiple properties and ensuring financial performance, compliance, and high resident satisfaction. This role travels within assigned regions and collaborates with property teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing rent collections, leasing, budgeting, inspections, and adherence to regulatory requirements, while mentoring staff and coordinating with the Regional Vice

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Four to six years of housing or property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Yardi; able to interpret data from property management software reports.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Travels to Beacon communities within assigned region for extended periods as needed.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Property Management Office when on-site.
• Develops and monitors site management programs, policies, contracts, and agreements.
• Manages rental programs, waiting lists, and leasing procedures for market-rate and affordable properties.
• Prepares annual operating budgets and 10-year capital needs plans.
• Reviews monthly financial statements and communicates findings to leadership.
• Ensures adherence to property budgets and supports attainment of NOI targets.
