Job summary

The Assistant Property Manager partners with the Property Manager to supervise leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, and general office tasks in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Experience with revenue, P&L and budget management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MRI, YARDI or Nexus.
• Sales aptitude and ability to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance and office administration.
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Lead by example and mentor team members.
• Step in for Property Manager when needed.
• Conduct informative and personalized tours to secure leases.
