Property Manager - Assistant

Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively hiring a Roving Assistant Property Manager to help support the needs at our local apartment communities in the Brooklyn Park/Minneapolis area. Requirements

  • Previous multifamily housing leasing experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Availability: Monday – Friday (8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM).
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to complete online training courses.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, assist, and lease apartments to prospective residents.
  • Ensure model and target apartments are clean and presentable.
  • Complete market survey reports.
  • Maintain strong curb appeal across the property.
  • Accept and process rental applications.
  • Prepare and execute lease documents with all required signatures.
  • Maintain and update leasing documentation and marketing logs.
  • Assist with property marketing efforts and ensure materials are up to date.
  • Handle daily outreach marketing (Craigslist, community connections, etc.).
  • Help build and maintain strong resident relations programs.
