Job summary

Vistar is seeking a Routing Supervisor to manage day-to-day delivery fleet operations, including route creation, adjustments, and delivery-time calculations. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of distribution, logistics, transportation or related work experience.
• Basic/intermediate computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise routing to include staff and route creation/adjustments.
• Maintain and optimize delivery routes and times; monitor costs and budget adherence.
• Ensure routing software (Roadnet) is up to date and accurate across locations.
• Collaborate with drivers, sales, transportation, warehouse and customer service to meet targets.
• Lead and develop route associates; drive continuous improvement and problem resolution.
