Job summary

Performance Food Group in New Jersey is seeking a Routing Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the delivery fleet and routing procedures. You will supervise staff, coordinate with drivers, sales, transportation, warehouse and customer service to ensure efficient routes and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining Roadnet data, controlling labor and transportation costs within budget, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of distribution, logistics, transportation or related work experience.
• Basic/Intermediate computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the delivery fleet and routing.
• Supervise staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee routing, labor and transportation costs within budget.
• Ensure Roadnet routing data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with Transportation Management to resolve route concerns.
• Produce KPI reporting and monitor weekly/monthly trends.
