Job summary

Vistar, part of Performance Food Group, is seeking a Routing Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the delivery fleet, overseeing route planning, driver scheduling, and coordination with sales, transportation, warehouse and customer service to improve delivery performance.

The role requires attention to detail, budgeting, and experience in distribution/logistics; proficiency with Roadnet and MS Office is preferred; a High School diploma is required with 1–3 years in related work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in distribution, logistics, transportation or related work.
• Proficiency with routing software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the delivery fleet and routing.
• Supervise staff including training and performance management.
• Maintain routes and labor costs within budget; ensure DOT compliance.
• Utilize Roadnet to maintain accurate routing data and optimize delivery.
• Collaborate with transportation, warehouse, sales and customer service.
