Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical transmission routing and substation siting projects for utilities and transmission developers. You will manage scope, budget, and timelines, mentor staff, and support business development. Responsibilities include writing proposals and reports and coordinating with clients and regulators.

Possible locations across the U.S.; Full-time schedule with HSSE adherence and a focus on delivering cost-effective project closures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Advanced technical writing skills.
• GIS understanding beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead routing and siting studies for linear energy projects.
• Manage tasks to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
• Prepare proposals and technical reports.
• Interface with clients and regulators and coordinate with HSSE.
