• Three years in transportation/operations supervisory role
• Three years routing experience in a high‑volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with routing software and related tools

Responsibilities

• Analyze routes to improve delivery reliability
• Initiate routing projects to reduce miles and optimize depots
• Drive and monitor routing metrics: On Time, Cases/Truck/Mile/Stop, Goal Distance
• Schedule and facilitate routing meetings with sales leadership
• Counsel and develop routers and ensure training
• Produce daily/weekly routing reports for management and logistics teams
