Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in routing, transportation, logistics, distribution, or a related environment.
• Strong computer skills including data entry, report generation, spreadsheet design, data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and sequence delivery routes using routing software.
• Balance trailer loads based on product size, weight, and pallet configuration.
• Build cost-effective routes while meeting delivery requirements and service expectations.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Warehouse, and Sales teams to determine feasibility.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports including route change and new customer requests.
• Review routing plans for efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve non-routine routing/transportation issues with independence.
• Provide guidance to less experienced routing or transportation associates.
