Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service to internal/external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Operate site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Create and balance daily deposits; maintain daily work logs for corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs daily.
• Document and resolve customer or associate issues daily.
• Enforce Capstone policies and safety rules; lead weekly safety meetings.
• Assist in managing site and department budgets.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements; interview and train new staff.
• Oversee data entry, daily closeout, cash balancing, and payroll records.
