US Foods in Boca Raton is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support transportation and logistics through clerical tasks and data analysis across multiple databases and systems.

The role involves handling driver and customer inquiries, Excel reporting, logs, data verification, and preparing routine reports for management in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience in DOT regulations is a plus; high school diploma required. Tuesday–Saturday shifts; some early mornings.

Qualifications

• 2 years administrative support experience required.
• Experience in Transportation, Warehouse or related industry preferred.
• Good computer skills with intermediate Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to resolve driver, sales rep and customer issues.
• Create, update and communicate reports using transportation systems; update various files.
• Review and sign Trailer Temp Logs daily; monitor daily log edits and related data.
• Prepare and update recurring internal reports; verify data for compliance.
• Format data, create charts and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
