Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, process management, and budgeting are required.
• 1–3 years of distribution, logistics, transportation or related work experience.
• Basic/intermediate computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associate(s) including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Oversee delivery routes, labor and transportation costs within budgeted guidelines.
• Ensure routing activities leverage Roadnet to maintain up-to-date information for all locations.
• Provide leadership for strategic routing planning and scheduling to maximize personnel and equipment use.
• Work with Transportation Management to resolve driver route concerns.
• Design routing scenarios to improve efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Maintain routes and routing data daily, including start times, service windows, and driver assignments.
• Plan maintenance of equipment with regard to costing, restrictions, and capacities.
• Manage assets and KPI reporting for continual improvement.
