Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a Router to design and manage delivery routes, ensuring DOT compliance and cost efficiency. You will work with Roadnet and other systems to maintain accurate routing data, support drivers, and contribute to KPI reporting.

This role typically operates on a Sunday–Thursday schedule with a focus on precision and teamwork. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years in distribution or logistics, and solid computer skills including MS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with related work experience.
• Experience in distribution/logistics or transportation preferred.
• Comfort with using common business software and routing tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish cost-effective, DOT-compliant delivery routes with Roadnet.
• Create and maintain routing procedures and schedules for efficiency.
• Manage daily routing data, including routes, time windows, and drivers.
• Produce reports on routing, cost, and KPI performance.
• Communicate changes to drivers and coordinating teams.
