Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Strong people and operations supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• 2-3 years of Operations or final mile delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to embrace new technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations and monitor outbound activity per client standards.
• Coordinate loading, route monitoring, and motor carrier requirements.
• Serve as main contact for client escalations and schedule next-day delivery windows.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team to maximize site performance.
• Move inventory safely using material handling equipment as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with location management and client staff.
