Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch.
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred; propane experience a plus; supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of delivery drivers and service technicians to ensure efficient distribution of propane.
• Leverage route optimization software and collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to create efficient routes and schedules.
• Serve as subject matter expert for routing infrastructure, scheduling optimization, field resource utilization, and reporting tools and dashboards.
