Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Routing and Dispatch Coordinator to manage daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch for delivery drivers and service technicians across multiple locations.

You will optimize routes, leverage data, and collaborate with district operations to meet performance goals while maintaining superior customer service. Responsibilities include acting as the SME for routing infrastructure, ensuring safety and DOT compliance, and translating analytics into actionable actions

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch.
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred; propane experience a plus; supervisor or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, route, and dispatch delivery drivers and service technicians daily.
• Use route optimization software to create efficient routes and schedules.
• Collaborate with District Operations, Customer Experience, and regional leadership.
• Serve as subject matter expert for routing infrastructure and reporting tools.
• Balance operational efficiency with technician, driver, and customer needs.
