• Experience with dispatching software (Samsara, Dispatch Track) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day delivery operations, including monitoring of morning loadout, delivery activity, and carrier needs.
• Ensure timely reporting of loadout/returns compliance and carrier compliance.
• Maintain professional relationships with management, peers, carriers, and client personnel.
• Utilize client-specific routing software and communicate updates to other departments.
• Coordinate reschedules and process returns through client portals.
