Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily routing, dispatch, and delivery objectives at a dedicated profit center. You will monitor motor carrier performance and provide feedback to carriers and site management while assisting customer care with delivery issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day delivery operations, including monitoring morning loadout and delivery activity.
• Oversee the load out process to verify proper handling and safe loading to minimize damage.
• Ensure timely reporting of loadout and motor carrier compliance per standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with location management, peers, and client personnel.
• Provide operational support to the distribution center and audits/process improvements.
• Utilize client-specific routing software.
• Communicate with other departments on updates and meetings.
• Check in reschedules brought back by motor carriers.
• Process returns through the client portal at locations.
• Move inventory safely using material handling equipment as needed.
• Serve as point of contact for client escalations.
• Schedule orders and notify customers of time windows for next day delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
