You will analyze routing data, respond to same-day changes, and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while maintaining safety and strong customer experience.

The role requires analytical skills, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; prior dispatcher or leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily route information and implement changes to improve routing efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure all routes are closed on time by verifying data and maintaining process quality.
• Communicate with drivers and monitor route progress to resolve issues quickly.
• Evaluate driver performance and address concerns for resolution.
• Support route design and swing opportunities to maximize capacity and profitability.
• Respond to missed pickups and service commitments with timely customer scheduling.
• Assist disposal planning and coordinate with Operations for changes as needed.
