Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking a Workflow Analytics Manager to lead routing analytics for the Marketing organization across insurance verticals. You will guide a team to analyze call data, drive routing strategy, and partner with IT Data Science on system development.

You will supervise analysts, develop reports, and present KPI insights to leadership. This role requires strong analytics, collaboration across departments, and a drive to improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4-5 years of analytical work experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Advanced Excel & SQL skills (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Routing Analytics team in the execution of Routing strategies and supervise team members.
• Analyze call data trends to optimize routing and performance.
• Collaborate with Workflow Operations to integrate new workflows and strategies.
• Translate routing strategy into technical requirements for implementation.
• Build and maintain cross‑functional reporting for routing effectiveness.
• Create weekly KPI presentations for management and executives.
• Mentor team members on advanced analytics methods.
