Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking an Inbound Router Supervisor in Pembroke Pines, FL to manage dock and dispatch operations. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a benefits package including vacation after 90 days.

The candidate should have leadership experience and strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of local area geography.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage dock and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate dock operations and scheduling for drivers/freight handlers.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed.
• Timely dispatching of LTL loads.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager.

• Driver and Freight Handler Management
• Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling
• Ensure Safety Compliance
• Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed
• Timely dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
