Job summary

Loomis is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Hayward, CA to lead daily armored route operations, vault activities, and ATM service coordination. You will partner with management to foster a safe, compliant, and customer-focused operation.

Responsibilities include scheduling routes, supervising teams, ensuring security and safety, resolving logistical issues, and maintaining high service delivery. The role requires 3+ years in transportation/logistics and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid firearms permit ability and registration.
• 3+ years’ experience in transportation and warehousing or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years supervisory leadership experience.
• Experience in banking or retail cash and ATM operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route daily operations.
• Oversee armored and ATM routes, dispatch, vault, and terminal ops.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations.
• Maintain customer service across operations staff.
• Investigate incidents and document findings.
• Coordinate with sales and other branches to implement solutions.
