Loomis US in San Antonio, TX seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead daily armored route operations, vault activities, and ATM service delivery. You will partner with management to foster a professional, safe, efficient culture, and oversee scheduling, dispatch, and security compliance.

The role demands strong leadership, experience in transportation/logistics, and a commitment to service excellence within a cash-handling environment. Salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A valid firearms permit.
• Strong leadership and supervisory presence demonstrated by professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to teach, coach and present to groups.
• Experience in transportation and warehousing, transportation logistics, or related field.
• Experience in banking or retail cash and ATM operations preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain scheduling/routing on a daily basis.
• Oversee armored and ATM route operations, dispatch, maintenance, vault and terminal operations.
• Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of route, terminal and vault operations.
• Ensure employee, vehicle and facility safety through training and enforcement of policies.
• Ensure terminal security through training, monitoring and enforcement of procedures.
• Investigate accidents and process required paperwork.
• Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among operations staff.
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints and address logistical issues.
• Coordinate with sales, other divisions, branches and vendors on viable operational solutions for new customers.
• Control overtime hours and manage vacation schedules.
• Communicate with all employees to resolve issues and complaints.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Managers.
• Provide leadership dedicated to professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, interview, train and supervise operations personnel.
• Oversee maintenance of vehicles, forklifts and equipment.
• Emergency response to injuries, security incidents, and vehicle incidents.
• Maintain route and vault data, both on paper and electronically.
• All other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/Branch Manager.
