Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Route Supervisor in Indianapolis to lead drivers and ensure top service levels. The role runs Monday-Friday, 5am-2:30pm, with focus on training, profitability reviews, and customer relations.

You will manage routes, visit accounts, and support branch goals in a fast-paced team environment. Qualified candidates bring a valid driver's license, ability to pass the DOT physical, and a safe driving record; vending experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner.
• Good driving record.
• Previous vending experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and development of team members.
• Review profitability reports for accounts from supervisors and managers.
• Lead and assist on projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintain positive customer relations by visiting accounts.
• Manage drivers.
• Implement headquarters and in-house promotions.
• Support company programs and branch goals.
• Monitor branch inventory, direct labor costs, waste, and consumption.
• Address customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required

Requirements:
