AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Full-time Route Supervisor in Butler, PA for a day shift, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. The role focuses on efficient route execution and top-tier customer service across assigned accounts.

You will lead drivers, train team members, monitor profitability and inventory, and support branch goals through proactive problem solving within a collaborative, family-oriented culture. Compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical exam.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
• Good driving record.
• Previous vending experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Review profitability reports for accounts and branches.
• Lead and assist on projects assigned by the Branch Manager.
• Maintain positive customer relations by visiting accounts.

• Monitor inventory percentages, labor costs, waste, and consumption.
• Address customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
• Perform other duties as required.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to immediately hire to fill the role of Full-time Route Supervisor in Butler, PA. This is a day-shift position working Monday - Friday, first shift, no weekends or holidays.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists in the training and development of team members
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Manages Drivers
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required

Requirements
