Job summary

AVI Foodsystems, Inc. is seeking a Route Supervisor to join our Headquarters Service Center team. This full‑time role supports branch operations, trains and mentors team members, reviews profitability reports, and leads projects assigned by the Branch Manager.

You will manage drivers and maintain strong customer relations. The ideal candidate is 21+, has a valid driver’s license, can pass a DOT physical, and maintains a good driving record.

HEADQUARTERS SERVICE CENTER

Our Headquarters Service Center serves as the main support for all AVI operations throughout the United States. Departments include accounting, administration, finance, human resources, marketing, procurement, risk management, training and development, wellness and much more.

Route Supervisor.

This is a full-time position in Denver, NC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists in the training and development of team members
• Reviews reports for from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Manages Drivers
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe manner
• Good driving record
• Previous vending experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry
