Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, post, and reconcile delivery tickets, load sheets, and invoices.
• Investigate over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets; audit driver paperwork.
• Investigate route variances affecting product shrink and daily settlements.
• Verify tickets against control sheet and ensure accurate data entry.
• Monitor route settlement packages and assist driver training on procedures.
• Coordinate between Distribution, Cooler and Route Settlement teams to resolve missing paperwork.
