Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' experience in route settlement, accounting, or inventory management preferred.
• Office or related experience, including experience using computers.
• Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, post, and reconcile delivery tickets, load sheets, and invoices.
• Investigate over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets; audit return-to-stock and product dumps.
• Investigate variances on routes affecting product shrink and daily settlements.
• Verify tickets and load sheets against the control sheet.
• Check information uploaded from handheld devices and correct problems.
• Monitor completeness of route settlement packages and train staff on procedures.
