Job summary

Cream O Land in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Route Settlement Clerk to manage end-of-day paperwork, reconcile dock sheets and cash receipts, and ensure accurate invoicing for COD customers.

You will work with drivers to resolve discrepancies and maintain organized route activity logs. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a fast-paced setting, is fluent in Spanish and English, and is proficient with MS Office and data entry. Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Match cases returned on dock sheet to the end of day processes and resolve discrepancies with the Driver.
• Review final stock reconciliation and correct invoicing where needed.
• Verify COD payments and report discrepancies to A/R.
• Enter and fix route activity logs and payments as required.
• Ensure all schools tickets are delivered and signed.
