Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk to back up the Route Settlement Department and assist with special accounting projects. The role covers multiple locations and involves occasional travel to facilities as needed.

Requirements include 1–3 years in cashiering, auditing, or settlement, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A degree in accounting/finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred in accounting/finance.
• 1–3 years of cashier, auditing, settlement or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Back up Route Settlement Department for multiple locations; assist with daily cash handling.
• Support Shared Services with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and audits.
• Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and period-end close tasks.

Education

High School Degree / GED or equivalent

Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
