UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Supervisor to oversee and develop a team of Route Service Representatives delivering to multiple customers daily, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations. This entry-level management role offers training, career mobility, and a culture focused on family values.

The position emphasizes strong customer relationships, teamwork, and service excellence, with no nights or weekends and opportunities for advancement within our organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 21 years of age.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license in state of residence.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Prior leadership, customer service, route sales, delivery and/or entrepreneurial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and development of a team of Route Service Representatives.
• Respond to service requests.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and team.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver excellent service and programs.
• Provide route coverage when reps are sick or on vacation and monitor performance.
