Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division, delivering and servicing uniforms, shop towels, chemicals and other facility products along an established route.

This role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a majority 4-day workweek, and no frequent nights or weekends, plus ongoing training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT medical certification as required for driving a regulated vehicle.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to upsell.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
