Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in St. Charles, MO to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route drivers service and sell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility products.

The role emphasizes a four-day workweek, with most shifts not including nights or weekends. Training is provided, and there is base salary plus commission potential after assignment of a route, along with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
• Meet the physical requirements of the position
• A High School diploma, GED or Military Service
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a team-based environment
• A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit

Responsabilités

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
