Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route and service and upsell within an established base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility service products.

The role offers a solid base salary with commissions, a 4-day workweek for most shifts, and no nights or weekends, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety standards.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
