Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves driving a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

Starting pay includes a 25.00 USD hourly rate during a 10-week training, with a solid base salary and commission potential after routes are assigned.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Documentation of previous employment must be provided.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
