Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Training is provided; base salary with commissions; four-day workweeks and limited evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements and hold an active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and be the face of Cintas to customers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
