Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates must meet DOT requirements, hold an active driver’s license, be 21+, obtain a DOT medical certification, and demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Meet DOT requirements to drive a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to starting.
• Provide documentation for previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while upholding safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
