Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, deliver garments and products, and build strong relationships with customers on the road. You will be the face of UniFirst, ensuring reliability, safety, and professional service on a daily basis.

This field-based role offers commission-based earnings from day one and opportunities to grow your route through upselling and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused professional with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a route with time and safety in mind.
• Comfortable identifying upsell opportunities to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of each day.
• Ensure on-time and accurate deliveries/returns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers, address service needs, and introduce new garments/products to enhance their experience.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings.
