Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility service products along an established route, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include building rapport with customers, maintaining quality standards, and expanding our base through upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork-based environment.
• Positive attitude with organizational and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
