Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This role involves a physical, fast-paced environment delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemicals, and other facility services while promoting positive customer relations and upselling opportunities. Expect a 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active drivers license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military service required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
