Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services. The role offers a solid base salary with commissions after routing is assigned, a 4-day workweek predominance, and no nights or weekends, plus

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• High school diploma or GED or military service.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and serve customers.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
